Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bolillo rolls
  • 1 lb Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup Refried beans
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato, sliced
  • 1 cup Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Queso fresco, crumbled
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Slice the bolillo rolls in half and toast them lightly in a skillet.
  2. 2. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom half of each roll.
  3. 3. Add a generous amount of shredded chicken on top of the beans.
  4. 4. Top with lettuce, tomato, avocado, and queso fresco.
  5. 5. Spread sour cream on the top half of each roll and season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
