- 3 pounds corned beef brisket
- 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
- 6 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
- 10 baby red potatoes, halved
- 4 cups water
- 1 onion, peeled and quartered
- 1 tablespoon black peppercorns
1. Place corned beef brisket into slow cooker.
2. Add water, onion, and peppercorns.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
4. Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for an additional hour.
