  • 1 head cabbage, cut into wedges
  • 6 carrots, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 10 baby red potatoes, halved
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 tablespoon black peppercorns

  3. 3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. 4. Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes. Cook for an additional hour.
