Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta
  • 300 g Sausage sliced
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 400 g Tomato Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Add the sliced sausage to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Pour in the tomato sauce, and season with salt and black pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and sausage mixture. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
