Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 slices Bacon diced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 2 cups Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Clam Juice
  • 2 cans Clams with juice
  • 2 cups Half-and-half
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, add the onion and celery. Cook until softened.
  3. 3. Add the potatoes and clam juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. 4. Stir in the clams with their juice, half-and-half, salt, and pepper. Heat through but do not boil.
  5. 5. Stir in the butter until melted. Serve hot, garnished with the crispy bacon.
