Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 cups Beef Broth
  • 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
