Beef on Weck Recipe
A classic sandwich from Buffalo, New York, featuring roast beef on a kummelweck roll.

- 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
- 4 Kummelweck rolls
- 1 cup Beef au jus
- 2 tablespoon Horseradish
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Warm the roast beef in the oven for about 10 minutes.
Slice the kummelweck rolls in half.
Dip the top half of each roll in the beef au jus.
Spread horseradish on the bottom half of each roll.
Place the warm roast beef on the bottom half of the roll and cover with the top half.
