Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Stew Meat cut into cubes
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 small Cabbage chopped
- 2 large Carrots sliced
- 2 stalks Celery sliced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add beef and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pot, add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
Stir in tomato paste and cook for another minute.
Return beef to the pot. Add beef broth, cabbage, carrots, and celery.
Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 hours.
Serve hot and enjoy!
