- 4 slices Bread
- 1 large Tomato sliced
- 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- to taste Fresh Basil Leaves
- to taste Olive Oil
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Lay out the bread slices.
Drizzle olive oil on each slice.
Layer tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil leaves on two of the bread slices.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Top with the remaining bread slices.
