  • 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 large eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup milk

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix well.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, eggs, celery, and onion to the bowl. Stir gently to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
