Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 1 can Refried Beans
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 can Enchilada Sauce
- 1 cup Lettuce shredded
- 1 cup Tomatoes diced
- 1 cup Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and refried beans to the skillet. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Place a large spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce over the top of the tortillas and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot, topped with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream.
