Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 stalk celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork until chunky.
  2. 2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dijon mustard, celery, and red onion. Mix well.
  3. 3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again.
  4. 4. Serve on bread or in a wrap with your favorite toppings.
