  • ¼ cup Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup or keto-friendly sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into silicone molds.
  3. 3. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 1 hour, or until the fat bombs are solid.
  4. 4. Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
