Unstuffed Cabbage Roll Recipe
A simpler take on traditional stuffed cabbage rolls, this unstuffed version is easy to make and just as delicious.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
