Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can Black Beans (15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add the ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth.
  4. Add the chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
