- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 eggs beaten
- 4 pieces chicken breasts cut into strips
- 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. In another bowl, mix buttermilk and beaten eggs.
3. Dip chicken strips into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk mixture, and back into the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry chicken strips in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 6-8 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
