Instructions
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a pot.
Add lemongrass, galangal, and kaffir lime leaves. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and mushrooms. Cook until shrimp is pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, and chili paste. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
