Toasted Caprese Sandwich
A delicious toasted sandwich with fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 1 ball Fresh Mozzarella Sliced
- 1 large Tomato Sliced
- 1 handful Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper
1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Brush one side of each bread slice with olive oil.
3. Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on the un-oiled side of two bread slices. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, oiled side out.
5. Place sandwiches in the skillet. Cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
