Strawberry Syrup Recipe
Sweet and simple strawberry syrup to top your pancakes, waffles, or ice cream.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 cup Water
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Strain the mixture through a strainer into a jar, pressing down on the strawberries to extract as much liquid as possible.
Let the syrup cool before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
