- 1 whole Chicken about 4-5 pounds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Rub the chicken with olive oil.
3. Mix salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the chicken.
4. Place the chicken in the smoker.
5. Smoke the chicken for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
6. Let the chicken rest for 10-15 minutes before carving.
