Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 4 slices Cheese American or cheddar
  • 4 pieces Burger buns Toasted
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your griddle to medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and roll into balls.
  3. Place the beef balls onto the griddle and smash them flat with a spatula.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until a crust forms.
  6. Add cheese slices on top of each patty and let melt.
  7. Toast the burger buns on the griddle.
  8. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
