Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 2 cups Beef broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Transfer the cooked beef and onion to a slow cooker. Add the black beans, corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with green chilies, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
  3. 3. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. 4. Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and chopped cilantro.
