Slow Cooker Chili Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 can Diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 can Kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz)
- 2 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain the fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Transfer the beef mixture to the slow cooker. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, or chopped green onions.
