Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
Add cream of chicken soup, onion, chicken broth, peas and carrots, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
About 30 minutes before serving, shred the chicken with two forks.
Tear biscuit dough into pieces and place on top of the chicken mixture.
Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through.
