Slow Cooker Beef Stew

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
- 2 pcs Bay Leaves
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Place beef, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic into a slow cooker.
2. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
5. Remove bay leaves before serving.
