Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Stew Meat cut into chunks
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Carrots sliced
  • 1 cup Celery sliced
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place beef, carrots, celery, onion, and garlic into a slow cooker.
  2. 2. Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
  3. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beef is tender.
  5. 5. Remove bay leaves before serving.
