  • 2 pieces Sirloin Steak about 1 inch thick
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. 3. In the last minute of cooking, add the butter and garlic to the skillet. Baste the steaks with the garlic butter.
  4. 4. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
