Shrimp Quesadillas Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 4 Flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add shrimp, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until shrimp are pink and opaque.
3. Remove shrimp from skillet. In the same skillet, place a tortilla and sprinkle with cheese and cooked shrimp. Top with another tortilla.
4. Cook until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Flip and cook the other side.
5. Remove from skillet and cut into wedges. Serve warm.
