  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup bean sprouts fresh
  • 1 cup shrimp cooked and chopped
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
  2. 2. Add bean sprouts, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the eggs. Mix well.
  3. 3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Pour about ¼ cup of the egg mixture into the hot oil. Cook until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2 more minutes. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
  6. 6. Serve hot with additional soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
