Shrimp Egg Foo Young

Main Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup bean sprouts fresh
- 1 cup shrimp cooked and chopped
- 0.5 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs.
2. Add bean sprouts, shrimp, green onions, soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the eggs. Mix well.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
4. Pour about ¼ cup of the egg mixture into the hot oil. Cook until the edges are set and the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
5. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown, about 2 more minutes. Repeat with the remaining egg mixture.
6. Serve hot with additional soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
