Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 4 large Flour tortillas
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 1 cup Diced tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 cup Sour cream
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the shrimp, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
3. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
4. Assemble the burritos by placing shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream in each tortilla. Roll up and serve.
