Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Scallops large, dry
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
Pat the scallops dry with paper towels.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place scallops in the skillet, making sure they are not touching.
Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Remove from skillet and serve immediately.
