Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup bread crumbs
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
In a bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Shape into patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until browned on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add beef broth, flour, ketchup, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir until thickened.
Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 15 minutes.
