Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Potatoes peeled and diced
  • 2 pcs Carrots peeled and diced
  • 1 cup Peas frozen or fresh
  • 3 pcs Eggs hard-boiled and diced
  • 1 cup Pickles diced
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, peas, eggs, and pickles.
  3. 3. Add the mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
