Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rinse the duck and pat it dry with paper towels.
Rub the duck with olive oil, then season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Place the duck in a roasting pan, breast side up.
Roast the duck in the preheated oven for about 90 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let the duck rest for 10 minutes before carving.
