- 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
