  • 2 cups Chickpeas cooked or canned, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chickpeas evenly.
  3. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chickpeas are golden and crispy.
