Filling
- 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Topping
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped rhubarb, granulated sugar, and 2 tablespoons of flour. Mix well and spread evenly in a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix rolled oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of flour until crumbly. Sprinkle this mixture over the rhubarb.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the rhubarb is bubbly.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
