  • 2 cups Watermelon, cubed Seedless
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced Thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Mint, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt To taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper To taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and chopped mint.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently to combine all ingredients.
  6. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
