  • 2 lbs Red Potatoes washed and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Chopped Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped Fresh Dill

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, green onions, and dill to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
