Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 pack Ramen noodles
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cups Vegetables (e.g., spinach, mushrooms, carrots)
  • 2 pieces Boiled eggs, halved
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and soy sauce to the broth. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to the package instructions.
  4. 4. Stir in sesame oil and vegetables. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve the soup in bowls, topped with boiled eggs and chopped green onions.
