  • 2 cups Shredded cheese Cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken Diced
  • 1 tablespoon Butter For greasing the skillet

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
  2. 2. Place a tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle with cheese and chicken.
  3. 3. Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown.
  4. 4. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. 5. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve.
