Pulled Pork Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Sandwich Ingredients
- 6 Burger Buns
- 1 cup Coleslaw optional
1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine BBQ sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour mixture over pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until pork is tender.
5. Remove pork from slow cooker and shred with two forks.
6. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and mix with juices.
7. Serve on burger buns with coleslaw, if desired.
