Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 2 cups Cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- 1 package Wonton Wrappers
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil for frying
- ¼ cup Water for steaming
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold and seal the edges with water.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add pot stickers and cook until bottoms are golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Add water to the skillet and cover. Steam for 5-7 minutes or until the water has evaporated.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
