Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and black pepper.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, ensuring they are well coated.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for best results.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from marinade and discard the marinade.
Grill or cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
