Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe

- 1 lb chipped ham thinly sliced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 4 hamburger buns
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the chipped ham to the skillet and cook until heated through.
In a bowl, mix together the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and mustard.
Pour the sauce mixture over the ham and stir to combine.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the chipped ham barbecue on hamburger buns.
