- 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
- 2 tablespoon Butter Softened
- 4 tablespoon Pesto Store-bought or homemade
- 4 slices Cheese Mozzarella or your choice
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Spread pesto on the unbuttered side of two slices.
3. Place cheese slices over the pesto.
4. Top with the remaining bread, buttered side out.
5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
