Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add beef slices and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add bell peppers and onion, cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Add cornstarch mixture, cook until sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
