Pasta Fagioli Recipe
A hearty Italian soup with pasta and beans.

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- ¼ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese for serving
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and cannellini beans. Bring to a boil.
Add ditalini pasta, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 10 minutes.
Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
