Main Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 pc Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, julienned
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Chicken breast, cooked and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 pc Lemon, sliced For garnish
1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
3. Add the carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the cooked chicken slices and soy sauce. Stir well.
5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
6. Add the soaked rice noodles and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the noodles have absorbed the broth.
7. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices.
