Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 pc Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup Chicken breast, cooked and sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 pc Lemon, sliced For garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the carrots and cabbage. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the cooked chicken slices and soy sauce. Stir well.
  5. 5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Add the soaked rice noodles and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the noodles have absorbed the broth.
  7. 7. Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices.
