A simple and delicious pan-fried blackened red snapper recipe.

Main Ingredients
- 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the red snapper fillets.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve hot with your choice of sides.
