Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Red Snapper about 6 oz each
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the red snapper fillets.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve hot with your choice of sides.
