Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cups Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 oz Cool Whip thawed

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  5. Remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve chilled.
