Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
