Main Ingredients
- 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic minced
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Return pork chops to the skillet and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
