Slugburger Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 cup Soy grits
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Flour for coating
- 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying
Mix ground beef, soy grits, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form the mixture into patties.
Coat each patty lightly with flour.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry patties until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
